The Gap We’re Filling
Across Europe, thousands of people are engaging in psychedelic experiences—whether in ceremonies, therapeutic settings, nature, raves, or simply among friends. While these experiences can be profoundly healing, they can also be deeply destabilizing.
Research indicates that more than 10% of psychedelic substance users may experience lingering and challenging effects when integration support is lacking. Despite this need, psychedelic integration programs in most European cities cost between €990 and €1,500, making them accessible primarily to the wealthy. Free services are typically reserved for those in acute crisis, and even then, these limited offerings often fail to reach those who need them most.
The underground scene provides community but often lacks structure and professional guidance. Meanwhile, clinical services offer expertise but remain financially out of reach for many. In some European countries, substances like ketamine are available through national healthcare systems, yet integration support is rarely provided.
There's a gap. A big one.
Psyflow: Free, Evidence-Based Psychedelic Integration in Community
Psyflow is a free, peer-to-peer community providing evidence-based psychedelic integration support across Europe, available in both English and Spanish. We are not therapists, gurus, or shamans—we are experienced psychonauts united by a shared vision:
- Integration support should be free and accessible to all
- Healing is fostered in community, not isolation
- Both ancient wisdom and modern science have value
- No one should struggle alone or be denied tools for growth due to financial barriers

Why Community Matters
Research shows that community-based, peer-led integration groups are critical for processing psychedelic experiences, reducing isolation, and supporting long-term well-being. Social support and shared meaning-making are key predictors of successful integration and personal growth
Psyflow bridges the gap between costly clinical services and unstructured underground scenes, making integration support accessible, structured, and community-driven—so no one is left behind on their healing journey
You'll Thrive Here If You:
- Have experienced something worth integrating
Whether through psychedelics, meditation, breathwork, therapy, or life itself—and you’re committed to not letting those insights slip away. - Value evidence over hype
You seek practices grounded in neuroscience and centuries of contemplative wisdom, not spiritual bypassing or trendy quick-fixes. - Believe healing should be accessible
You’re frustrated that most integration programs cost €1000+ and want to help make this knowledge freely available to all. - Are ready to do the work
You’re not just here to consume content, but to practice, show up weekly, engage with discomfort, and commit to your transformation. - See yourself as a future facilitator
You’re not just here for yourself—you’re learning these frameworks to eventually offer them to your own community.
Why Free?
We operate on the principle of dāna—an ancient practice of generosity where teachings and support are offered freely, without obligation.
No sliding scale. No “pay what you can.” No guilt.
Just an open door and an invitation: take what you need, give what you can, when you can.
This is how we believe healing should work. Our work is sustained by people who’ve been helped and choose to support others. Some contribute money. Some contribute time. Some simply show up and do their own work, which ripples out in ways we can’t measure.
All of it matters. None of it is required.
Beyond Individual Support
While we walk alongside individuals, we also work toward systemic change:
- Advocating for psychedelic-assisted therapy in public healthcare
So treatment isn’t just for those who can afford €5000+ private clinics. - Pushing for ethical standards and training
So practitioners are accountable and clients are protected. - Supporting risk reduction and decriminalization
So people aren’t criminalized for seeking healing. - Building accessible mental health care
Grounded in science, rooted in compassion, available to all.
