A free, structured 10-week psychedelic integration programme. Cutting-edge psychedelic education, contemplative practice and peer-to-peer community. Accessible to everyone, always.
Built for you. A free and accessible community. Like a tree that grows from its roots, psychedelic integration needs time, structure and fertile ground.
That is what we have built for you.
Structured, free and evidence-based psychedelic integration
90% of psychedelic experiences happen outside clinical settings — without preparation, without support and without a clear space to integrate what opens up afterwards. At the same time, programmes that do offer structured integration typically cost between €990 and €14,500, leaving out precisely the people who could benefit most.
Psyflow exists to change that.
We are a structured, accessible and evidence-based psychedelic integration community, where accompaniment does not depend on what you have in the bank, but on your need to integrate and your willingness to be in community.

What is the Psyflow community
Psyflow is a peer-to-peer psychedelic integration community.
We are not a clinical service, we are not therapists, we are not selling anything.
We are fellow travellers — psychonauts who share something very simple and very rare: the commitment to integrate these experiences with depth, honesty and mutual support.
We believe, in line with what research in psychotherapy, mindfulness and peer support shows, that three factors are key to integrating intense experiences:
- Structured support — a clear framework, with rhythm and containment
- Contemplative and somatic practice — because the body also needs to integrate
- Genuine community — real relationships, where you can speak without translating or minimising what you lived
That is Psyflow.
Our community lives on our educational platform, where you will find:
- 🌿 10-week programme — full access to the Psychonaut's Journal: journaling exercises, evidence-based practices, integration maps
- 🔵 Weekly integration circles — groups of 8 to 12 people, in Spanish and English, facilitated by peers with experience in group work and contemplative practice
- 📚 Resources and practices — guided meditations, writing prompts, gentle somatic practices and tools inspired by validated protocols for emotional regulation
- 🌍 Active community — a living global space to share, ask, accompany and be accompanied
- 💬 Between-session support — spaces for reflection and practice between circles, so that integration does not happen only once a week
The programme lasts 10 weeks. The community, always.
When the programme ends, you remain part of Psyflow: with access to regular gatherings, masterclasses and, above all, the people you met along the way. Because sometimes the most transformative thing is not the content — it is discovering that you are not alone in this.

The 10-week programme: ten weeks, five elements, one journey inward
Research on psychological change shows that deep integration does not happen in a single conversation, but over time, when we combine reflection, practice and support. That is why our programme is designed as a progressive 10-week process.
Each module explores a different dimension of integration:
- Grounding — safety, regulation and foundations for integrating without being overwhelmed
- Emotional awareness — putting words, body and presence to what moved
- Meaning and direction — translating intuitions into concrete and sustainable changes
- Transformation — working with patterns, relationships and choices from what you have seen
- Wholeness — integrating light and shadow, insights and limits, without spiritual bypassing
Practices build week by week: each one prepares the ground for the next — a well-designed journey.
Inside you will find:
- Guided meditations focused on regulation, insight and compassion
- Gentle somatic practices to help the nervous system integrate
- Deep journaling with structured questions that take you beyond "it was intense" toward "this is what changes in my life"
- Evidence-based tools inspired by contextual therapies and protocols for integrating non-ordinary experiences
- Weekly group circles, where you bring what you are living into the shared space and receive reflection, support and perspective

The dāna model: free, always
Psyflow operates on the Buddhist principle of dāna: generosity as practice.
- Access to the programme is 100% free
- No fees, memberships or mandatory payments
- Those who want and can, contribute what feels right. Those who cannot, receive the same
We believe that integration and accompaniment should not be a luxury. Research on inequality in mental health is clear: access to support makes an enormous difference in outcomes. Our commitment is that this access is never conditioned on money.
Where we are
Our circles are online, but we also cultivate local nodes where the community meets face to face:

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Access to the full program, weekly circles and all resources are completely free. You can make a voluntary contribution if you wish, but it is never required.
Do I need to have had a psychedelic experience?
No. The program is useful whether you are integrating a recent experience, preparing for a future one, or simply want to explore contemplative and self-inquiry practices within a structured community.
What language are the circles in?
We offer weekly circles in Spanish and English. You can choose one or combine both.
Is Psyflow a mental health service?
No. Psyflow is a peer support program, not a clinical service. We do not offer diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis or need urgent clinical support, we encourage you to contact a mental health professional or the emergency services in your country.
Can I join at any time?
You join our waitlist and we let you know when the next cohort opens. We launch new cohorts continuously to maintain the quality of the groups and the accompaniment.
No cost. No requirements. Just bring curiosity, honesty and a willingness to explore what can emerge when you integrate your psychedelic path with support, structure and community.
